A 38 year man came with a history of trauma to abdomen by steering 14 days back
Ultrasonography of the liver shows a well-defined, hypoechoic hepatic lesion with a cystic component demonstrating the yin–yang sign on color Doppler and arterial waveform on spectral Doppler examination.
Contrast-enhanced CT of the abdomen shows a large hypoenhancing intraparenchymal lesion in the right hepatic lobe (segments V/VIII) with hyperdense areas consistent with hematoma. A 8 mm sized, contrast-filled outpouching arises from a branch of the right hepatic artery, There is with no active contrast extravasation.
