Convener addresses all the mentions 

Be it change of internal or external  examiners  dates or monetary sanctions.. 7

Applications are made  to administration for monetary transanctions 

For timely money bags to auction...8

Convener is helped by administrative residents and lecturers 

who will be dextrous with their maneuvers....9

Search for the myriad ABCDE or 1234  forms to be filled 

Keep all ready to be  wordily merrily stuffed... 10

Contact the external examiners for  confirmation  of  the prescribed date 

Or else Fill form D of MUHS for change of external examiners  lest the exam is late... 11

Book tickets for the external examiners according to their convenience 

Lest they change it and put us into 

inconvenience... 12

Students divided into A and B  batches

Each student ready for  exam matches...13

Dawns the actual day of practical examination

Puts students into their best attire confirming to the situation operation and evaluation....14

Examiners are ready with the first bag  of 

spotters

Waiting for students to blast away like good observers...15

Next comes  the long and short case stance

Sends students  into a trance or glance or prance

Waiting for the Viva voce forging a marks enhance.... 16

A quick lunch for  all

Makes students  go for marks stall...17

The afternoon drags like a snail

Waiting for answers like a whale...18

Examination continues with procedures, table viva ,communication skills and spotters

Not to forget that  the thesis is in  freshwaters... 19

Finale is the uploading of marks on website

Seals and clinches the three year struggle to freedom kite...20
