A two-year-old girl was brought with fever and cough since six days
The frontal radiograph of the right shoulder of a mature skeleton, shows a subarticular, expansile, lytic lesion in the proximal humerus. The lesion involves the greater tuberosity but is at a distance from the articular margin of the humerus. The zone of transition is narrow with thinning of cortex. There are no areas of calcification in the lesion. There is a comminuted fracture through the lesion .
