Contrast-enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a large, heterogeneous mass in the right retroperitoneum, measuring 16 × 11.5 × 22 cm. The lesion predominantly contains macroscopic fat with thin septae and a heterogeneously enhancing, posteriorly placedsoft tissue component.
