A 24 year old woman presented with complaints of bleeding per vaginum and excessive vomiting since three days. The urine pregnancy test is positive with beta HCG more than ten lakhs.

Ultrasonography of the pelvis shows a bulky uterus with multiple tiny thin walled cystic spaces giving a snowstorm appearance. No fetal parts are seen. The ovaries are enlarged with multiple theca lutein cysts.
