Contrast-enhanced CT of the brain shows a giant midline aneurysmal dilatation in the quadrigeminal cistern regionIn connection with the vein of Galen, communicating with the straight sinus. There is a large central non-enhancing component, consistent with partial thrombosis. There is peripheral contrast opacification of the residual patent lumen. There is moderate hydrocephalus.
