Ultrasonography of both axillae shows glandular tissue separate from the normal breast tissue. The glandular tissue measures 3.8 × 1.5 × 3.8 cm in the right axilla and 3.4 × 1.5 × 2.1 cm in the left axilla. The echotexture is similar to breast parenchyma with lactational changes.
