A 14 year old boy presented with complaints of right sided nasal bleed since two months
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the paranasal sinuses shows moderate to intensely enhancing mass arising from widened right sphenopalatine foramen, extending into the posterior choana, nasopharynx, and posterior middle and inferior meatus. The posterior nasal septum is deviated and the concha widened. There is no extension into the pterygopalatine fossa, pterygomaxillary fissure, infratemporal fossa, or other skull base foramina.
