A 22 year old pregnant woman presented for a routine second-trimester anomaly scan
Fetal anomaly scan shows situs solitus with levocardia. The four-chamber view appears normal. The outflow tract views shows parallel great arteries with the aorta arising from the right ventricle and the pulmonary artery from the left ventricle indicating with ventriculo-arterial discordance. The three-vessel view is abnormal with an I-shaped aorta. The right atrium is dilated.
