A 21-year-old woman came with hearing loss and headache since eight months
MRI of the brain shows multiple, dural-based masses that enhance significantly with contrast. They have broad based attachments to the dura mater with the ‘dural tail’ sign. They are hyperintense on T2/FLAIR suggestive of meningiomas. There are well-defined, enhancing lesions at both the cerebellopontine angles exhibiting the characteristic "ice cream cone" sign. suggestive of schwannomas.
