A 29-year-old woman came with heavy menstrual bleeding since three months
Transvaginal ultrasonography demonstrates a large intracavitary endometrial lesion measuring 2.2 × 4.0 cm with mixed echogenicity and heterogeneous internal architecture. The lesion exhibits multiple anechoic cystic spaces representing dilated glandular elements. It shows a linear echogenic margin. Color Doppler imaging reveals a positive 'feeding artery' sign with a single prominent feeding vessel extending to the base of the lesion. 3D volume rendering confirms well-defined borders and spatial relationship in the endometrial cavity.
