Frontal radiograph of the right shoulder , in a mature skeleton, shows an expansile lytic lesion involving the head, the region of the greater tuberosity and the adjacent neck of the humerus. The zone of transition is sharp and well defined. There is no mineralisation of the matrix. The lesion not immediately subarticular in relation to the glenohumeral joint.
