Transabdominal ultrasonography shows a focal vascular nidus in the myometrium in the anterior uterine wall measuring approximately 4.0 × 3.0 cm, formed by multiple serpiginous anechoic channels. Colour and spectral Doppler show intense turbulent flow with high‑velocity (peak systolic velocity more than 100 cm/s) and low‑resistance waveforms (RI ~0.30–0.33).
