There is a ‘salt and pepper’ appearance (pepper pot skull) of the skull with widening of the diploe. There is subperiosteal bone resorption of the metacarpals and phalanges There is a pathological fracture of the femur. There are multiple compression fractures of the vertebrae with a spine is kyphosis and rugger jersey appearance.
