A 27 year old woman with road traffic accident came with a degloving injury to the right thigh
On non contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen and pelvis , there is a soft tissue defect over the anterolateral aspect of the right thigh with exposed muscular planes. In the right gluteal region, there is an ill-defined,heterogeneously hypodense lesion, containing air and fluid densities, leading to a spongiform appearance of approximate size 6x5x8cm. There is a comminuted fracture of the posterosuperior aspect of the sacral ala on the right side.
