A 36 year woman whose UPT had been positive six weeks ago came for fetal viability scan
There is a single gestational sac like structure in the right adnexa with fetal yolk sac, fetal pole and fetal cardiac activity. CRL = 4.7mm ~ 6 weeks 1 day. These is mild free fluid in the pelvis with free moving echoes. There is heterogeneously hyperechoic content 2.8x2.6x3.0cm (10 mL) around the right adnexa suggestive of a hematoma. There is no intrauterine gestational sac.
