A 41-year-old woman came with recurrent sinusitis, epistaxis, and nasal crusting since five months. There was pleuritic chest pain and progressive exertional dyspnea since two months.
The frontal radiograph of the chest shows confluent and hazy soft tissue opacities in both lungs. Solid and cavitatory nodules are visible in the mid zone of the right lung and the mid and lower zones of the left lung . There is pleural thickening in the left lower zone. HRCT of the chest shows multiple thick walled cavities in both lungs with pulmonary nodules of variable sizes.
