A 46 year old man came with a swelling above the medial aspect of the left ankle and the lateral aspect of the lower left thigh two years.

Ultrasonography of the swelling over the left ankle shows multiple well-circumscribed, heterogeneously hypoechoic nodules without internal vascularity. The largest measures about 3 cm in diameter.
