A 10-year-old boy, who had been diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, was brought by his parents with painless enlargement of the right testis.
A 10-year-old boy, who had been diagnosed with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia, was brought by his parents with painless enlargement of the right testis.
Inguinoscrotal ultrasound evaluation shows diffuse enlargement of the right testis with mildly increased echogenicity. On color Doppler examination, the involved testis shows increased vascularity The left testis is normal in size and shows normal echogenicity.
