There is a well-defined, T2/FLAIR heterointense, heterogeneously enhancing extra-axial lesion about 4.5 cm in diameter in the left cerebellopontine angle. The areas of blooming in the lesion indicate microhemorrhages. The pons is displaced to the left; the fourth ventricle is compressed.
