A 25 year old pregnant woman, G1P1, came at 28 weeks of gestation for an obstetric Doppler scan.

Ultrasonography of the fetus shows a deformed ear, downward slanting of the palpebral fissure, absence of the nasal bone with depressed nasal bridge, retro and micrognathia and a hypoplastic zygoma.
