A 50-year-old woman came with passage of red colored urine since six months.
Following a vaginal hysterectomy, she had developed a vesico-vaginal fistula.
Non contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a vesical calculus with a calcified rim at the site of the vesicovaginal fistulous communication measuring about 2.5 x 2 cm. Few hypodense foci are seen in the central part of the calculus representing air foci.
