A 66-year-old man came with difficulty in breathing, hoarseness of voice and gradually increasing neck swelling since a year.
Frontal and lateral radiographs of the neck show a lobulated soft tissue opacity at the level of the larynx causing severe airway narrowing. The prevertebral soft tissue at C5-6 is increased. On the CT scan of the neck, there is a soft tissue swelling arising from the right laryngeal wall with narrowing of the laryngeal airway.
