A 39-year-old woman came with swelling and tenderness over the right groin post transfemoral angiography
Ultrasonography of the swelling over the right groin shows an abnormal high-velocity communication between the common femoral artery and the common femoral vein. There is arterialisation of the femoral vein downstream from the fistulous site along with dilatation of the lumen. There is monophasic waveform in the femoral artery.
