A five-year-old girl was brought with left sided chest pain and shortness of breath since two weeks.
The frontal chest radiograph (left) shows the lateral fourth of the left dome of the diaphragm to be focally elevated. The distance between the left lung and the gastric bubble is increased. Two days later, post tappin g, the chest radiograph (right) was repeated after two days shows normal diaphragmatic contour.. The distance between the left lung and the gastric bubble is decreased.
