A 55-year-old man came with headache, vomiting and left sided weakness since one week
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the brain shows a well-defined, heterogeneously hypodense lesion in the right basifrontal region. There are few foci of fat density in this lesion. The lesion shows a thick rim of peripheral calcifications at its posterior aspect. There are areas of fat density in the anterior aspect of the right parietal lobe beyond the margins of the lesion. The lateral ventricles and the third ventricle are dilated.
