A 65-year-old woman was brought with altered sensorium and headaches since one week
MRI of the brain shows a well-defined, extra-axial, T2 intermediate signal intensity, FLAIR isointense and Tl hypointense lesion with central hypointensity in the right high frontal region. It measures approximately 2 x 1.5 x 1.5 cm. It is parasagittal in location with a broad dural base and scalloping of the underlying brain parenchyma and overlying left frontal bone. There is no midline shift. The lesion shows peripheral diffusion restriction and foci of blooming on GRE.
