A two-year-old boy was brought with altered behaviour and multiple episodes of vomiting
MRI of the brain shows a well-defined, lobulated, T2/FLAIR hyperintense, T1 hypo to isointense lesion measuring approximately 4.5 x 3.5 x 4.1 cm involving the right cerebellar hemisphere. The lesion extends along right superior, middle, and inferior cerebellar peduncles into the brainstem. It has a few cystic areas. There is diffusion restriction. There is dilatation of the lateral and third ventricles.
