A 58 year old woman came with complaints of sudden onset headache in the occipital region radiating along the entire scalp since two days .

CT Angiography of the brain shows subarachnoid hemorrhage in the basal cisterns and both sylvian fissures. A focal outpouching is seen at the top of the basilar artery indicative of a top suggestive of a basilar tip aneurysm. The catheter angiogram confirms this.
