The frontal chest radiograph shows increased lucency in the right lung with paucity of vascular markings. The mediastinum is shifted to the left. The right lower zone shows thin lung markings. The HRCT of the chest shows multiple cysts of varying sizes in the right lower lobe. The mediastinum is shifted to the left.
