There is a A well defined, lobulated, exophytic, sclerotic lesion arising from the distal femoral epiphysis measuring approximately 3 x 3cm.The lesion shows few lucencies. There is diffuse periosteal and diaphyseal cortical thickening resembling candle wax dripping (candle guttering).
