A 52 year old man came with complaint of pain in the left arm since one day following a slip and fall. He has had multiple fractures following trivial trauma.
A 52 year old man came with complaint of pain in the left arm since one day following a slip and fall. He has had multiple fractures following trivial trauma.
There is dense sclerosis of all bone; the corticomedullary differentiation is lost. There is a transverse fracture of the proximal shaft of the left humerus. Instrumentation is seen for multiple other fractures. The spleen is enlarged.
