A 45 year old man came with chemical injury to the right globe by hot oil one month ago. There was resultant loss of vision along with protrusion of the right.

B scan of the right eye shows a bulging, thinned out cornea with the iris stuck to its posterior surface. The lens shows subcapsular opacities suggestive of cataractous changes. The posterior segment and the chorioretinal layers are normal.
