The ultrasound examination of the hepatobiliary system shows an anechoic, multiloculated cystic lesion 5 x 3 cm in size, in the segment IV B of the liver. There are a few septations in the lesion with no significant vascularity. There are no echoes or calcification in the lesion. There is focal upstream dilatation of the bile duct.
