A 55 year old man came with complaints of abdominal pain and loss of appetite since one month.
Ultrasonography of abdomen shows a well defined, 5x3 cm, heterogeneously hypoechoic lesion in the right iliac fossa with peripheral vascularity and tiny foci of calcifications likely arising from a small bowel loop.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen & pelvis shows a large, intraluminal, heterogeneously hyper enhancing soft tissue lesion measuring 5x5cm in the distal jejunal loop There is loss of mural stratification. The proximal jejunal loops are dilated up to 4.4cm. The ileal and large bowel loops are collapsed.
