AP and lateral radiographs of the mandible show a well defined, expansile lytic lesion in the right angle of the mandible. There is narrow zone of transition without any periosteal reaction or soft tissue involvement. A tooth is seen within it. The CT scan confirms this well defined unilocular expansile lytic lesion in the ramus of the mandible. This lesion surrounds the crown of an unerupted right lower molar tooth.
