The plain scan shows a large hypodense lesion within the right lobe of the liver and a similar smaller lesion in the left lobe. On contrast administration, the lesion shows nodular, discontinuous enhancement in the periphery in the arterial phase. Delayed phases show progressive centripetal filling of contrast within the lesion.
