Plain and contrast enhanced CT scans of the brain show an ill defined, irregular, enhancing mass measuring 4.8 x 3.7 x 5.6 cm with few specks of calcification in the left greater wing of the sphenoid. There is erosion of the medial wall of the left maxillary sinus, the left orbit, and the left inferior turbinate. The right middle turbinate, cribriform plate and clivus are also eroded.
