A 22 year old man presented with the complaints of a gradually increasing painless swelling in the right side of the neck since seven months, The swelling is firm, non tender in the the anterior triangle of the neck - not moving with deglutition.
Contrast enhanced CT scan of the neck shows a hypervascular -2.6 x 3.7 x 4.1 cm enhancing lesion at the right carotid bifurcation, causing splaying of the ECA and ICA.
