Axial and coronal sections of the CT scan of the abdomen shows a 2 x 2.7 cm homogeneous, hyperdense lesion in the mesentery anterior to the the L5 vertebral body. This lesion shows enhancement in the post contrast phase. The liver is enlarged with multiple, variable sized cystic lesions with soft tissue component scattered diffusely across both lobes.
