Internal and external carotid arteriography shows an arteriovenous malformation in the forehead region, predominantly supplied by hypertrophied ophthalmic arteries from both sides, both middle meningeal arteries, and branches of the facial arteries. The lesion shows venous drainage via the angular vein into the facial vein.
