A 48 year old woman came with shortness of breath since one month.
She is a known to have carcinoma of the left breast with modified radical mastectomy.
Contrast-enhanced CT of the chest and abdomen shows large pleural effusions bilaterally. Nodular and irregular septal and fissural thickening is seen in both lungs. Multiple focal areas of consolidation with air bronchograms, surrounding ground-glass opacities and multiple random pulmonary nodules are seen in both lungs.. Multiple heterogeneously enhancing enlarged lymph nodes are seen in the pretracheal, paratracheal, pre/paraaortic, and paracaval regions. Multiple well-defined hyperdense peripherally enhancing lesions are seen in both lobes of the liver. Extensive sclerotic lesions are noted in the thoracolumbar vertebrae, with compression fractures of the D2, D3, D4, and D7 vertebral bodies.
