Coronal T2 and FLAIR images of the MRI of the brain show a vertically oriented left hippocampus located medial to the choroidal fissure. The collateral sulcus is slightly oriented vertically, however there is no abnormal hyperintensity in the hippocampus. There is mild prominence of the choroidal fissure on the right.
