Contrast enhanced CT scan of the abdomen shows a cross fused ectopic kidney the left kidney is fused to the right. There are numerous, dilated and tortuous portal venous collaterals in the gastric fundus and cardia draining via a lienorenal shunt into the inferior vena cava. Plug-Assisted Retrograde Transvenous Obliteration) (PARTO) of the shunt has been performed.
