A 24 year old man known to have hemophilia. He came with pain in the knee joints since one month.
The frontal and lateral radiographs of the knee joint show subchondral and marginal erosion. There is subchondral sclerosis, and subchondral cyst formation. There is severe medial and lateral joint space narrowing with bulbous enlargement of the femoral condyles with flattened condylar surfaces. There is periarticular osteopenia. There is soft tissue swelling on the medial aspect of the left knee joint.
