A 22 year old man presented with abdominal pain since two weeks.
Contrast enhanced CT of the abdomen shows two focal outpouchings arising from the branches of the right hepatic artery. There is a well defined, thick walled collection in the supra mesocolic compartment. a catheter angiogram was performed. This confirmed a saccular aneurysm from the proximal common hepatic artery. The aneurysm was embolized with steel coils.
