A 55-year-old woman came with headache and giddiness since 10 years, There was worsening of her symptoms over the past five months.
MRI of the brain shows a well-defined, lobulated, extra-axial lesion, centered on the right half of the clivus. The lesion measures approximately 7.5 × 6.5 × 7.4 cm. It is heterogeneously hyperintense on T2 and FLAIR sequences with T1 hyperintense components. Susceptibility is noted on SWI. The lesion shows mild diffusion restriction and homogeneous post-contrast enhancement. The lesion extends into the sella. The pituitary gland is not seen separately.
