A 36-year-old woman presented with bleeding per-vaginum with passage of blood clots since one month
Transabdominal sonography of the pelvis shows a large, solid-cystic lesion in the endometrial cavity. The lesion measures 16.7×17×15.3 cm and has minimal internal vascularity . There is another small gestational sac-like structure within the endometrial cavity measuring 8.2×3.1×9 cm with a fetal pole and yolk sac.

The right ovary is bulky with multiple cysts suggestive of theca lutein cysts.
