A 79-year-old man presented with left sided chest pain and shortness of breath since two weeks.
The frontal chest radiograph shows a well defined, approxi,atelt 7 cm. diameter , round soft tissue opacity in left middle zone with spiculated margins. Contrast enhanced CT scan of the chest shows a well-defined peripherally enhancing heterogeneous soft tissue mass with spiculated margins in the posterior segment of left upper lobe and superior, antero basal and lateral basal segments of left lower lobe.
