MRI of the brain shows a large, extra axial CSF density lesion along right fronto-parieto-temporal region measuring 12x6x8 cm. The lesion shows no diffusion restriction or contrast enhancement. It scallops the overlying bone; there is buckling of underlying grey-white matter junction. There is midline shift to the left.
